3. MERCHANT’S RIGHTS

Comply with legal or regulatory requirements
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SSNutriblends from claims arising from breach of these Terms.
7. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
Reviews must:

Avoid offensive, misleading, or illegal content
Not be posted as part of organised campaigns
We're right to remove reviews at our discretion. By posting reviews, you grant SSNutriblends a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction for injunctive relief.
